The Role :
As a Field Team Member , you'll be on the front lines, making sure our games run smoothly, players have fun, and everyone leaves with a smile. You'll be a key player in creating an atmosphere where competition meets camaraderie.
Main Responsibilities :
- Oversee League Play : Work one or more shifts per week (2-4 hours each) to ensure games start / end on time, enforce rules, and maintain a fun atmosphere. Set up and break down equipment as needed.
- Manage Equipment Inventory : Monitor equipment inventory at facilities and promptly notify the manager when replenishment is needed.
- Customer Service : Deliver a fun, fair, and positive experience for all players, and share feedback to help improve the league.
- Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent the ZogSports brand with energy and excitement, getting players pumped about our community.
- Collaborate and Improve : Work closely with field managers to enhance the overall experience for players.
