Excellent verbal and communication skills - Be on daily video calls, setting up meetings and following up with customers, leading conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Possess an understanding of standard business applications software, especially CRM
Responsibilities:

Continued outreach to Zoho's Key Accounts through phone and email, virtual meetings, and on site (Travel is required minimum 25% of the year)
Discuss current Zoho software solutions, and discover opportunities for expansion.
Sales : Creating proposals, managing sales pipeline, following up and closing new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, accounting, legal, and technical support to solve customer issues
