Job Description

We are seeking an individual who understands business software, can build relationships with our existing customers, and effectively communicate how the software can be configured to meet business needs. The Account Manager handles customer retention with our largest accounts. They will reach out to the customers, make sure they had a successful implementation, are happy with support, and if all is well, they will try and upsell and cross sell more Zoho software. They do have a revenue target to hit every quarter, which leads to a commission payout.


Skills:


  • Business communication - Participate in and lead conversations with customers from different industries and backgrounds, in all levels of the organization including C suite.
  • Customer Experience - Listen and understand what our customers are saying, discover underlying issues, and recommend a path forward.
  • Sales Skills- Responsible for a quarterly revenue target based on upsell, cross sell, and services sold
  • Technical Acumen - Technologically savvy, we have 50 software products. You understand and love technology, and have the desire to learn more.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills - Be on daily video calls, setting up meetings and following up with customers, leading conversations with multiple stakeholders
  • Possess an understanding of standard business applications software, especially CRM


Responsibilities:

  • Continued outreach to Zoho's Key Accounts through phone and email, virtual meetings, and on site (Travel is required minimum 25% of the year)


  • Discuss current Zoho software solutions, and discover opportunities for expansion.


  • Sales : Creating proposals, managing sales pipeline, following up and closing new opportunities


  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, accounting, legal, and technical support to solve customer issues
