Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Alliance Relations Manager to join our team and drive the success of our strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our key alliances, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
• Partnership Activation & Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding and activation of new partnerships, ensuring alignment with Zoho's and the partner's objectives.
• Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, identifying areas of collaboration and mutual growth.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between Zoho's internal teams and partner organizations.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in partner relationships.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new opportunities for collaboration and expansion within existing partnerships.
• Contract Management: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and manage contract renewals.
• Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their success.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in alliance management, partner relations, or account management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with contract management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

The salary will be $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
