Join Our Team:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be a "wear many hats" marketer, capable of contributing to various marketing functions, with a strong focus on content marketing.
Responsibilities:

Content Marketing: Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and website copy, to attract and retain customers.

Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.

Marketing Tech: Utilize and manage marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, social media management, and analytics platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Creative Execution: Take provided direction and execute on all or most aspects of a marketing initiative.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content marketing.

Compensation/Benefits:
The salary will be $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
Permanent employees are offered competitive pay and a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
