Guest Services Professional

Zoi’A Spa & Salon (pronounced “zoya”) is a leading Spa & Salon in Janesville, WI offering many services ranging from Haircuts & Colors, Manicures & Pedicures and Massages & Facials (and MORE)! We are looking for a Guest Services Professional to join our Front Desk team to help elevate our Guest’s experience! Benefits and pay range:

The pay for this position starts at $10/hr, with regular increases your first 90 days as you learn the job, monthly bonuses and permanent pay increases based on performance. We are a performance-based company from top to bottom, so there is no limit to your earning potential!

We are seeking to fill a full-time (32 hrs/wk) OR a part-time (16-24 hrs/wk) position with some day night availability and every other Saturday availability! We are closed on Sundays. We can accommodate some schedule restrictions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· You deliver the best guest experience by greeting our Guests, assisting Guests who call us, cashing out our Guests, helping build our Service Provider’s business by offering additional available services, letting our Guests know about our promotions, introducing the Spa & Salon to New Guests with a tour and welcome gift, and more!

· You are a team player and you jump into help anywhere that is needed, including cleaning and laundry (even our leadership team helps clean the toilets!)

· You set yourself a daily goal to work towards earning your monthly bonuses and pay increases, and you put that plan into action! (Need help? Our leadership team is ready to guide you!)

· Have fun while completing tasks to assist our Service Provider and elevate the Guest’s experience!
