Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Case Supervisors to support the implementation of in-home ABA programs. We work with families helping children to develop to the fullest of their potential. Our programs are tailored for each individual, based on the principles of ABA, and always include elements of the family's culture and traditions. We are looking for the right candidate to become part of our growing team.
Locations available: South Central, Compton, Huntington Park, Vernon, Inglewood, Hawthorn, Florence-Graham, Culver City, and surrounding cities
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 7-10 cases
- Develop ABA programs
- Ensure programs are being run correctly, progress is being made, and families are satisfied
- Provide the appropriate level of supervision based on the authorized hours
- Collaborate closely with the case BCBA-Clinical Supervisor
- Follow all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions
- Finish and upload clinical notes in a timely manner
Experience and Qualifications
- Master's Degree (Required) in Psychology or related field
- ABA (applied behavior analysis): 3 years (Preferred)
- ABA supervisory: 1 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge in reading and writing Progress Reports
- Spanish (Preferred)

- Competitive hourly rate of $30-$40 per hour-Pay may be higher based on the candidate's experience and qualifications
