Setting: Center-Based (Indio, CA)
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000-Yearly
Responcibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and RBTs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across settings
- Monitor client progress, adjust programs as needed, and ensure high treatment fidelity
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with funding sources and BACB standards
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services (center-based experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
