Job Location: Indio, Center-based and in-home available
Position: Full-Time
Pay: Salary ( hourly available)
Responsibilities:
- Design and supervise individualized ABA programs
- Provide direct, hands-on training and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all clients and staff
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Lead group parent training sessions to support generalization and family involvement
- Collaborate with families to promote carryover and consistency across settings
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a center-based ABA setting
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,042.00 per year
