We are looking for an on the road Full Time Heavy Diesel Mechanic to perform a variety of tasks on heavy duty trucks, large construction vehicles, dump trucks and tractor trailers at various job sites within New York.

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose and repair brake systems, engines, electrical components, steering systems, transmissions and tires.
- Repair malfunctioning components, perform basic maintenance, use computerized equipment along with welding torches, hydraulic jacks, pneumatic wrenches and basic repair tools/equipment.
- Ability to test drive before and after repairs.
Requirements:
- experience as a mechanic or technician
- Inspection/ASE Certified Master license a plus
- Some travel between work locations
- Wage based on experience - higher pay scale includes overtime
