Job Summary

The Labeling Specialist is responsible for Labeling Design and Development for new and sustaining ZOLL ACT Products through Change Management and Labeling Procedures.

Essential Functions

• Create and Maintain Label records in the Labeling System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize Labeling changes.
• Ensure label content meets applicable Regulatory and Standards requirements.
• Ensure label design meets packaging and business requirements.
• Plan, execute, and track assigned labeling projects.
• Maintain and update the Labeling Project Status tracker.
• Execute Change Requests/Change Orders within the PLM System for Labeling changes.
• Engage with external translation houses for Labeling Translations.
• Participate in Labeling Process Improvement.
• Support Labeling Manager during internal and external audits.
• Contribute to Labeling System Validation as needed.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with cross-department personnel.
  
  

Required/Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, or foreign academic equivalent, required
• 2 years of label design and content management experience in the Medical Device Industry
• Experience in enLabel, ROBAR Labeling Systems, and Agile PLM systems preferred
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong attention to detail is required
• Familiarity with label content management software platforms
• Must work well in team environments
• Awareness of manufacturing and change control process
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet project deadlines
• Basic understanding of computer applications
• Understanding of US and international medical device regulations
