Job Summary
The Labeling Specialist is responsible for Labeling Design and Development for new and sustaining ZOLL ACT Products through Change Management and Labeling Procedures.
Essential Functions
- Create and Maintain Label records in the Labeling System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize Labeling changes.
- Ensure label content meets applicable Regulatory and Standards requirements.
- Ensure label design meets packaging and business requirements.
- Plan, execute, and track assigned labeling projects.
- Maintain and update the Labeling Project Status tracker.
- Execute Change Requests/Change Orders within the PLM System for Labeling changes.
- Engage with external translation houses for Labeling Translations.
- Participate in Labeling Process Improvement.
- Support Labeling Manager during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to Labeling System Validation as needed.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with cross-department personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree, or foreign academic equivalent, required
- 2 years of label design and content management experience in the Medical Device Industry
- Experience in enLabel, ROBAR Labeling Systems, and Agile PLM systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Familiarity with label content management software platforms
- Must work well in team environments
- Awareness of manufacturing and change control process
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet project deadlines
- Basic understanding of computer applications
- Understanding of US and international medical device regulations
