Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new accounts. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial, construction, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and secure new business opportunities with commercial, construction, industrial, and recycling clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their waste management needs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Present and demonstrate our waste management solutions to prospective clients.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure long-term partnerships.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a direct selling customer-facing sales position, business development, or account management, preferably in the waste management or related industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

· Valid Driver's License
