Summary of the Role
The Logistics Coordinator supports the successful flow of operations for manufacturing and shipping of Zolo Carbon Smartech products to customers. Their attention to detail, initiative to address inaccuracies or inefficiencies, and problem-solving skills ensure our team creates value by performing on-time and accurate domestic and international shipments and receipts. The role includes frequent hands-on interaction with ERP transactions including work order closures, inventory maintenance and sales order deliveries.
Responsibilities
Shipping and Receiving
· Review shipment materials before shipping.
· Ship sales orders on time per the sales order and production schedule.
· Ensure domestic and international orders are shipped per proper regulations.
· Generate accurate shipping documentation.
· Receive incoming shipments accurately and on time.
· Perform basic incoming inspections.
· Support Production goals of quality, throughput, customer satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Control
· Maintain accurate inventory.
· Perform cycle counts.
· Maintain stock levels of free issue materials and supplies.
Safety & Facility
· Maintain fire inspections, safety lights.
· Perform regular safety audits.
· Manage facility maintenance.
· Ensure operation of equipment (i.e., forklift) is done per safety requirements.
Other Duties
· Ensure ERP (end-to-end process systems) are followed.
· Create and follow detailed work instructions.
· Perform light assembly duties as needed.
· Adhere to ISO Quality Management protocols.
· Adhere to 5S processes.

· Physical requirements: ability to lift and handle components up to 50lbs
