Description:
- We seek a Systems Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks.
- Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
- You should also have the patience to communicate with various interdisciplinary teams and users.
- Required 3-5 years' experience in system administration.
- Must have experience working with iPost (or comparable monitoring systems) and resolving vulnerability findings on desktops.
- Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Asset Management.
- Desktop Support.
- Desktop phone support.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Build/maintain an internal SOP with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CompTIA Security certification is a plus
