Job Summary: The Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for providing daily support to end users, both onsite and remotely. This includes (but is not limited to) managing accounts, computers, phones, tablets, printers, and various computer accessories.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years helpdesk support experience and have a good understanding of the following systems: Veeam Backup, Windows Server OS, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft Office 365.
The candidate must be able and willing to commute to work 5 days a week, visiting our manufacturing plants at Saint Peters and Saint Charles on regular basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs, as well as mobile devices (phones and tablets). This includes iPhones and iPads.
- Manage and support user accounts, ensuring proper access to company resources.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and manage Veeam Backup processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Assist with user onboarding and training on company systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of support activities, solutions, and user instructions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support Azure Cloud Services, assisting users with basic troubleshooting and access issues.
- Provide onsite support for end-user our manufacturing facilities at Saint Peters and Saint Charles
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer science required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Veeam Backup and Windows Server OS.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services such as Microsoft Office services, and basic troubleshooting for end-user operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Printers, Networking, and Deployment Software
