Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at our MRP facility in St. Charles, MO. The Warehouse Associate will be tasked with various duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping product. Attention to detail, physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Inspect incoming & outgoing shipments, verify counts, weights, or measures against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Examine product for damage or defects. Reject damaged items, properly record shortages.
Route incoming items to the proper areas or individual.
Prepare shipment for outgoing delivery, including labeling, documentation, and coordinating with carriers when necessary.
Attaches shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons.
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.
Properly package items into customer specific containers.
Posts weights, shipping charges, and affixes postage.
Maintains accurate inventory records, tracking of shipping materials and supplies.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks to move, transfer, or hoist material to / from dock platform to storage or work area.
Must be able to utilize basic hand tools and operate binding & wrapping equipment.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records of materials.
Fulfill orders by picking items from inventory, packing securely, and prepare for outgoing shipment.
Contacts carrier representative to make arrangements, when necessary, and to issue instructions for loading products.
Stay current on all assigned procedures for packaging.
Perform additional duties as required to support production goals or address operational needs.
Qualifications :
Graduation from high school or a GED is required.
Experience of one year or more in warehouse setting preferred.
Experience of one year or more in manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficient with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and scales.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, read and interpret documents, follow procedures, maintain a safe and ethical work environment, and willingness to work as a team member are also needed.

The work environment is not air conditioned and is HOT and HUMID.
Handling of carbon fiber may cause mild irritation. In some cases, the dust may cause allergic skin reactions.
Moderately dirty because of materials and machinery handled.

Strong odors may be present.
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, stoop, crouch and crawl. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to ascend and descend a flight of stairs several times per day.
