Role Overview:
Zomee seeks a Brand Strategy and Go to Market Director to join our team. This role helps develop and manage the brand's direction and owns campaign planning, development, production, distribution, and activation cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverages comprehensive brand strategies across all touchpoints for consistent and compelling brand presence.
- Cultivates a strategic marketing vision harmonizing endeavors with long-term organizational objectives.
- Defines and maintains the brand's visual identity and messaging, ensuring consistent creative assets.
- Conceptualizes, plans, and implements campaigns across marketing areas, designed to resonate with the Zomee mom target audience.
- Fosters synergy with cross-functional collaboration to ensure unified business objectives, including communication and coordination with marketing, sales, product, legal, and finance.
- Manages relationships and creative agency partners.
- Owns the marketing production budget and timelines to ensure adherence.
- Prioritizes activities to ensure critical go-to-market tasks receive necessary attention without compromising quality.
Education/Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Execution, or Marketing Project Management.
- Successful track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects.
- Articulate communicator who can relate to people at all levels of the organization.
- Clear thinker who translates strategy into action.
- Energetic problem solver with unyielding ethical standards and good judgment.
- Able to travel as required (unlikely more than 10%).
