Role Overview:
Zomee is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will own and optimize our Shopify website to drive sales conversion and improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning, optimizing, and continuously managing the brand's Shopify website to drive traffic, increase conversion, and enhance user experience.
- Developing and implementing strategies that leverage Shopify features, integrations, and add-ons to support sales growth and streamline operations.
- Designing and executing initiatives to drive upsell, repeat purchases, and order value.
- Overseeing the brand's Amazon storefront to ensure a seamless shopping experience, compelling product listings, and enhanced brand presence with strategic merchandising.
- Partnering with the Go-to-Market team to support campaigns and promotions on the website and Amazon storefronts.
- Partnering with the paid activation team to build landing page destinations designed for media conversion.
- Partnering with the product team to create product pages that promote the new benefits, features, and products Zomee offers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or similar.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-Commerce management, preferably within a consumer goods or DTC brand.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Brand Analytics to drive insights and performance improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive e-Commerce success.
- Strong understanding of promotional planning for online marketplaces.
