We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our physical security services and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for security solutions, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct needs assessments and security evaluations to tailor solutions for clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client security challenges and offering customized solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product & Industry Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and competitors.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s security services, including manned guarding, surveillance systems, access control, and risk management.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations and technical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: 2 years of sales experience in the security industry or a related field (e.g., facilities management, technology, or B2B services).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored security solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
