Position Title: Armed Protective Agent - Supervisor

Position Overview:
Zona Facta Risk Mitigation Services is seeking highly qualified and experienced Security Supervisors for contracts across DFW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security operations for contract assignments.
- Provide armed protection and oversee team operations to ensure safety and adherence to contract guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and vigilant presence, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections, manage schedules, and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company and contract standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and relay updates to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensure: Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Armed Guard Level III certification.
- Experience: Must possess at least two (2) years of relevant supervisory or management experience.
- Background Check: Successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Equipment: Provide personal equipment, including a firearm, duty belt, ballistic vest, and two extra magazines.
- Transportation: Have reliable transportation with the ability to travel as needed.
- Professionalism: Exhibit strong leadership, reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding safety and security standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Payment Structure: Bi-weekly direct deposit payments.
