Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with experience in orthopedic and neurological physical therapy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a desire to work in a multidisciplinary environment. Experience with dry needling and pelvic floor therapy is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize dry needling techniques to manage pain and promote healing (preferred)
- Provide pelvic floor therapy (preferred but not required)
- Implement and monitor therapy programs for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with other wellness and Pilates professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in the field
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Valid Georgia Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedic and neurological physical therapy
- Experience with dry needling (preferred)
- Experience or interest in pelvic floor therapy (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
