Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our wellness services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building
- Conduct consultations and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain and expand the client base through referrals and repeat business
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our weight loss, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy programs
- Ensure all wellness programs are delivered effectively and in line with industry standards
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to improve client satisfaction and results
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Educate clients on the benefits and proper use of our wellness therapies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term engagement
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the wellness or health industry
- Strong knowledge of weight loss programs, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
- Certification in a relevant wellness discipline is a plus
