Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and reliableArmed Security Officersto provide security services across multiple client sites in the Greater Denver Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or private security, be highly professional, and possess the necessary skills to handle high-stakes security situations. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to various environments and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security presence at various client locations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent signs of criminal activity, vandalism, or other potential threats.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Conduct security checks and surveillance, including inspecting bags, vehicles, and premises.
• Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and document any security-related activities or events.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating discretion and sound judgment in all situations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Validarmed security officer license(Denver guard card with armed endorsement).
• Previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military service is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, particularly in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle potentially dangerous situations with confidence and control.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on client needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations in the Greater Denver Area.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
