What You’ll Do
- Assist with all benefit-related tasks and processes, including research, administration, and coordination of employee benefits in the US and globally.
- Support global HR compliance efforts by researching employment laws, updating policies and employee handbooks, coordinating with legal and HR leaders, and assisting in the development of training programs.
- Assist in HR initiatives including onboarding/offboarding .
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation (Employee Action Worksheets, Employment Letters, etc.)
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in networking opportunities with leaders across different business units.
- Collaborate on an intern project that will be presented to all C-level executives at the end of the internship.
- Provide administrative support, data analysis, reporting, and assist with special projects or other duties as needed based on business needs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, eager to learn and grow as a HR professional, and a team player
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, handling multiple deliverables with tight timelines
- A high degree of self-motivation
