Key Responsibilities
As an Advisory Intern, you will:
- Support Research & Analysis : Collaborate with the Advisory team on real-world projects, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data.
- Participate in a Group Project : Work with interns from other Zonda departments to address a cross-functional business challenge, culminating in a presentation to leadership.
- Learn Industry Fundamentals : Develop a strong understanding of real estate market research, including data collection, trends analysis, and reporting.
- Engage in Weekly Meetings : Check in regularly with the Intern Program Lead for guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Deliver a Final Presentation : Showcase your individual contributions and learnings from the Advisory division to Zonda leadership and peers.

- Currently Enrolled or Recently Graduated : In a degree program related to business, real estate, urban planning, economics, or a related field.
