Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead our immersive experiences. You will oversee operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves captivated by our our interactive adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure flawless, immersive guest experiences
• Train, inspire, and manage our team to deliver enthusiastic, engaging service
• Address customer inquiries swiftly and graciously, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction
• Manage bookings, scheduling, and administrative duties
• Ensure the venue remains an enchanting, welcoming, and immersive space
• Support marketing initiatives and foster community relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles (2 years preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic, energetic personality
• Passion for immersive storytelling, technology, and magical experiences
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
• Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, interactive environment
