About the Job : As a Solution Principal , you will be at the forefront of transforming how our clients experience and implement our solutions. You'll combine your technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen to deliver tailored, cutting-edge solutions that directly address complex client challenges. Working alongside a talented, cross-functional team—including sales, professional services, and Go-to-Market (GTM)—you'll play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of projects that drive real value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Optimize & Innovate
- Dive into ZoneBilling implementation projects, uncover inefficiencies, and collaborate with teams to develop smarter, more efficient processes.
- Craft scalable frameworks and templates to streamline our approach to SOWs and project plans.
- Design & Deliver
- Partner closely with GTM and sales teams to understand and shape client requirements during the pre-sales process.
- Design tailored, impactful implementation plans that meet clients' goals, timelines, and budgets—turning vision into reality.
- Develop clear, actionable SOWs and project plans that ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate & Lead
- Act as the essential bridge between sales, implementation teams, and clients, ensuring alignment and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert insights during sales calls and client meetings, helping to drive value and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure seamless transitions from sales to professional services for smooth project execution.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest best practices into our strategies and processes.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to optimize scoping and planning, ensuring ever-better delivery.
- Be a key trainer and mentor, sharing knowledge and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
