Position Overview:
We are looking for a material equipment handler to support the picking department.
What you’ll do as the Warehouse Clerk:

Support all warehouse functions to include:
- Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on location, item number and quantity
- Ensures that orders are accurate
- Stages orders and items in designated drop-off locations
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
- Meets all required KPI’s and goals
- Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
- Take initiative to maintain the cleanliness and process efficiency for your area of work
- Work safely, and in compliance with all documented policies and procedures, and report any potential unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
What you will bring to the team:
- Legal right to work with the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Perform duties and tasks with an awareness of all documented policies and procedures
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Able to operate a PC (will train on program specifics)
- Capable of heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs. with help)
- Must be familiar with and capable of operating warehouse material handling equipment (i.e. order picker and either sit down forklift or reach truck.)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Stay on Feet for Long Periods of Time
- Positive attitude; self-motivated; active; safety conscious; ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment; good communication skills; ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times
- Ability to work overtime
