Our client in the utilities sector is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join their GRC team. What you'll do as the Systems Analyst : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. - Put together GRC items for the years 2025 to 2028
- Prepare OP Planning for the next fiscal year as per guidelines laid out by the Governance team.
- Work Order management and SOX compliance
- The resource will perform status updates like marking ZRFS, ZABV and TECO throughout the project lifecycle to adhere SOX compliance along with attaching pre-requisites artifacts.
- Financial Data Management
- Lead efforts to update the forecast reports with historical SMOO data establishing benchmarks to visualize the trends, anomalies and other business impacting financial considerations.
- Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams to collect and provide inputs to make necessary decisions.
- Provide financial suggestions(Budget, Outlook / Actuals, Accruals, etc.,) to stakeholders to make decisions based on data analysis.
- Develop and maintain vendor management plans to ensure financial commitments are realized.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Create and maintain internal files for reporting purposes.
- Tracking and Data analysis using reports like PowerBI to help achieve overall team goal.
