Technical Lead for Network / DC Operations
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter Senior Network Engineer with a Network Security background, to develop and maintain client network environments. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users. This role also will perform Technical Lead duties with a focus on Networking, DC / Cloud, and MDM services (ie : Intune, MECM) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives ensuring the reliability and performance of our networking and DC / Cloud infrastructure and MDM Services. As a key technical advisor and mentor, you will guide teams in designing, deploying, and managing cutting-edge solutions to support our business and client needs.
What you'll do as the Technical Lead for Network / DC Operations :

- Lead the design, implementation, and run & maintain of our client network environments
- Provide technical expertise and leadership on network infrastructure, firewall configurations, VPN, load balancers, and security protocols
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Wi-Fi)
- Hands-on experience with security devices (Firewalls / IPS / VPN)
- Hands-on experience in managing Active Directory and DNS
- Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
- Mentor team members on technical issues
- Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
- Communicate with users when needed
- Maintain complete technical documentation to include network drawings, technical processes and instruction
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution guidance to network engineers and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in networking and DC / Cloud management
