Technical Skills:
Three must have/top items to reference to candidates:
- Accrual Management experience
- System cross reference tables/integration with workforce management
- General Systems Administration/troubleshooting experience
- Looking for someone strong in UKG but with exposure to Workday (will transition most of this to Workday in the future, but still a ways out)
- UKG Workforce Management – Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits
