We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Campus Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and eager to contribute to the daily operations and success of our campus.
Job Summary:
The Campus Assistant will support the Campus Lead in various aspects of campus operations, including admissions, student services, marketing, facilities maintenance, and staffing. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of fostering a positive and safe environment, assisting students and staff, and helping to promote Zoni’s educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the Campus Lead in daily activities related to admissions, student services, marketing, facilities, and staffing.
- School Management: Help with opening and closing the school on assigned days.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with academic and administrative staff to support student learning and services.
- Administrative Duties: Organize and file accounting and financial reports.
- Bookstore Management: Keep the bookstore organized, assist with sales transactions, replenish stock, and conduct daily inventory checks.
- Campus Environment: Promote and maintain a positive atmosphere, creating a pleasant environment for both staff and students.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the school is clean and free from safety hazards.
- Policy Implementation: Support and adhere to Zoni policies and procedures.
- Student Engagement: Address and resolve students’ concerns and complaints.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with academic staff to coordinate extra-curricular activities that prioritize students' welfare and safety.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Campus Lead.
Admissions and Recruitment Duties:
- Recruitment: Attract and recruit new students.
- Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about all Zoni programs and language products.
- Presentations: Use various media such as samples, catalogs, and PowerPoint presentations to demonstrate the features of Zoni English programs.
- Correspondence: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email and mail.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up phone calls to students who have dropped out, as well as other assigned follow-up tasks.
- Enrollment Processing: Submit signed enrollment agreements daily.
- Payment Collection: Assist with the collection of registration and tuition fees.
- Training: Attend initial and ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date admissions skills and knowledge of Zoni programs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to foster a positive and supportive campus environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing campus needs.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
