Zoni’s Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts providing excellent service to our students, administrative support to our offices, providing information and responding to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors. They register and enroll prospective students working collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail.
Interview, qualify and enroll students for our English and specialized programs.
Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria
Establish good relationship with agents
Provide superior customer service
Answer telephone calls
Collect registration, tuition, and other payments
Prepare reports
Perform related duties as assigned
In-person
Evening schedule
Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
