Key Account Manager Position
We seek a driven and analytical Key Account Manager to spearhead our client relationship efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall account success.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing daily priorities and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Address client issues promptly and professionally, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Oversee daily operations and workflow management for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- Resolve complex problems and escalate critical issues to ensure seamless account management.
- Develop, document, and maintain client programs, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- On-site presence at our McDonough, GA location.
