About Us:

We are looking for a Residential Make Ready Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional living spaces.
Position Overview:
The Residential Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant residential homes for new occupants, ensuring they meet Zooby’s quality and safety standards. This position involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure that properties are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inspect and identify necessary repairs or replacements in vacant units.
✔ Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, appliance installation, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
✔ Ensure all units are move-in ready within established timeframes.
✔ Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to address any issues efficiently.
✔ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of two years of experience in residential maintenance or make-ready roles.
✅ Proficiency in general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
