We’re looking for an experienced Master Painter—a seasoned professional who knows their craft inside and out, and who’s ready to lead, teach, and inspire others. If you're passionate about high-end finishes, specialty coatings, and mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Apply expert techniques in brushing, rolling, and spraying
Use HVLP and airless spray systems with precision
Work with specialty coatings like elastomerics, epoxies, and urethanes
Select appropriate products for various surfaces and finishes
Lead and mentor a team of painters on multiple job sites
Troubleshoot challenges on-site with confidence and skill
Manage projects while maintaining Zooby’s high standards of quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of professional painting experience, including spray systems and specialty finishes
✔ Deep knowledge of coatings, surface prep, and finishing techniques
✔ Proven leadership and training experience
✔ Ability to read architectural plans and interpret coating specifications
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
✔ OSHA and/or lead paint certification is a plus
✔ Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
