Remote Architectural Designer – Concept Renderings, Work Plans, and Materials Lists
Zooby Neighborhood Superheroes Inc. seeks a fast-working remote architect to create concept renderings and detailed work plans for our home service projects. Using LiDAR scans and on-site photos, you will produce inspiring visuals that help customers envision their finished spaces and guide their design decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Quickly create concept renderings with color schemes and design ideas to aid the sales process (full 3D modeling is not required for initial concepts).
- Develop detailed work plans and materials lists only after the customer approves the design.
- Work from LiDAR scans and photos to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Zooby team to incorporate customer preferences and feedback into final plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in interior architectural design with strong rendering and design software skills.
- Ability to work quickly, producing polished concepts for customer presentations.
- Strong understanding of interior elements (materials, finishes, layouts) without altering structural components.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Located or able to work in sync with San Antonio, TX (CST) time zone
- A portfolio that showcases a variety of design styles and customer preferences
