Project Manager – Modular Homes
Gap, PA
- Lead cross-functional teams, including setup crews, crane operators, truck drivers, shop crews, and support teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create & manage production and delivery schedules, communicating & meeting timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
- Oversee budgets by monitoring project costs, reviewing invoices, and controlling expenses to maintain financial targets.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly while identifying and mitigating timelines, quality, and budget risks.
- Ensure building codes and standards compliance, performing site inspections to guarantee quality and safety.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Assist with maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and reports.
- Conduct crew quality training, review concerns, and ensure company standards adherence.
- Travel as needed (10%), with 90% of the time spent in the office supporting ongoing projects.
- Work full-time hours, 7 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional after-hours and weekend availability to support crews in the field.

We seek a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery and completion of our modular homes. In this critical role, you will manage all aspects of the construction process, meeting project deadlines, staying within budget, and keeping to the highest quality standards. Our Ideal Project Manager:
- Experienced: Brings 5 years of residential construction experience. Previous project management experience is preferred but not required.
- Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software such as Builder Trend is a plus.
- Detail-oriented: Maintain focus on quality and ensure every project detail aligns with company standards.
- Tenacious: Demonstrates determination and persistence in driving tasks to completion.
- Organized: Effectively manages multiple projects and priorities, keeping schedules and budgets on track.
- Communicative: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear updates to clients and teams.
- Customer-focused: Provides exceptional service with a hospitality mindset, building lasting client relationships.
- Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 70 lbs., bend, kneel, stoop, and walk on uneven terrain.
