What You'll Do
As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming zoo members and assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks. Your role will include:
- Spreading Joy: Promote and sell zoo memberships with enthusiasm.
- Staying Organized: Accurately record and enter membership data.
- Teamwork: Support the Membership Department with office duties and contribute to special events.
- Making Memories: Assist with after-hours zoo events, creating magical experiences for our guests.
- Keeping Things Interesting: Take on additional responsibilities to help the team thrive.
Who You Are
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
- A High School Diploma (some college coursework preferred).
- Sales Savvy: Experience with sales and cash handling.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable with data entry and search tools.
- Top-Notch Communication: A welcoming, friendly personality that shines through in person and over the phone.
- Flexibility & Independence: Reliable and adaptable, whether working solo or as part of a team.
- A love for working outdoors in seasonal weather conditions—rain or shine, our members count on us!
