Drain Technicians are the heroes to our customers! They go in, diagnose the customer’s issue, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s drain cleaning or preventative maintenance.
Pay DOE - $24-$35
Service Technician Role | WHAT WE DO
- Diagnose customer issues/concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Perform service or repairs upon customer approval
Service Technician Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING
- High level of willingness
- Pride in your work
- Exceptional care for customer satisfaction
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- Experience working on drains is required. That experience should include unclogging drains with electric snakes and/or high-velocity water jets and using a sewer camera to inspect drain lines
- 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
