**Supervision & Leadership:**
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of service technicians and apprentices
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and site visits to ensure adherence to company standards
- Mentor and train technicians, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to company policies
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians on-site and remotely
- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Assist in complex service calls and customer interactions as needed
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy
- Uphold the company's reputation for excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage field operations to ensure optimal use of resources and manpower
- Review and approve job reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Implement and uphold safety protocols, ensuring all technicians comply with OSHA standards and company policies
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to schedule and dispatch technicians effectively
- Participate in the hiring and training of new technicians and apprentices
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring all service vehicles are properly stocked and maintained
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drain and sewer services, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, drain cleaning, and related services
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are highly desirable
