Lead Install Technician (Drains, Sewer, Plumbing)

Position Overview:
As a Lead Install Technician, you will take charge of overseeing and executing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of drain and sewer systems. This role requires a seasoned professional who is not only skilled in technical aspects but also capable of leading a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and configuration of drain and sewer systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and safety protocols
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve complex issues promptly
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and addressing any concerns effectively
• Ensure accurate documentation of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and customer interactions
• Enforce adherence to safety guidelines during all phases of installation and maintenance

• Proven experience in drain and sewer system installations, with a track record of successful project leadership
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to drain and sewer systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions
