Position Overview :
As an Install Technician Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn and develop the skills necessary to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our drain / sewer services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about getting down in the trenches and getting dirty!
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation and configuration of drain and sewer pipes at client sites.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols during installations.
- Willingness to get dirty.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Document installation procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
