- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and propose solutions
- Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair quotes
- Explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Work efficiently to ensure quality workmanship within tight timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and efficiently
- Proven experience in automotive service and repair, preferably in a dealership setting
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Strong knowledge of transmission systems, powertrains, and other vehicle components
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing repair tasks
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
