Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced, driven, self motivated leader to lead a NEW! FUN! business concept in the dog training and experience industry. You will be part of a national network of Zoom Room stores - with over 50 locations open and another 50 on the way!
No previous dog training experience required.

Business Operation Responsibility
Small Team Leadership & Management Appointment Based Scheduling
Strong Sales Mindset - both service & retail
New Client Conversion / Existing Client Retention Client Experience / Hospitality
Inventory Management
Sales Forecasting
Profitability Management
Recruiting & Onboarding of New Team Members

The job will also require:
A Flexible Schedule
Weeknight and Weekend Hours and Computer skills

We provide a safe, indoor space for dogs and puppies to receive socialization and training along with their families. Using only positive training methods, we help people deepen the bonds of communication with their pups through obedience, agility and enrichment classes. We regularly give back to local rescues through direct donations and fundraiser events that we host ourselves.
