Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 with opportunity for weekly and monthly commission.
Job Requirements
Supervise all Salon Managers and staff in the assigned area.
Conduct inventory audits at each location visited.
Ensure all locations open and close at designated times.
Be prepared to cover any unattended shifts.
Manage human resources practices, including legal compliance and internal processes.
Ensure adherence to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures.
Flexibility to work all shifts.
Experience Required
Preferably, experience in multi-store retail or tanning.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Progressive Management Experience.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Capability to solve practical problems and handle various concrete variables.
Proficiency in interpreting instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
