Zoom is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Analyst to join our People Analytics team. Situated within the IT department and dedicated to supporting the People Experience (PX) team, our People Analytics team specializes in Tableau development, data engineering, and deep analysis. We leverage these capabilities to transform disparate people data into actionable insights, enabling our PX team to make informed and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends and predict employee outcomes
- Lead complex People Analytics research projects from inception to completion
- Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gather valuable insights
- Create and deliver actionable insight presentations for executive-level audiences
- Provide expert guidance on People Analytics best practices and methodologies

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
