About the Role
We’re looking for a competitive, results-driven Account Manager to join our high-growth team. If you have at least 1 year of Account Management or Business Development, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
In this role, you’ll drive new business acquisitions, expand existing client relationships, and work closely with internal recruiters to deliver On Demand Talent. What You’ll Do
🔹 Build and Expand Client Relationships
- Identify and pursue new contract staffing opportunities with engineering managers and decision-makers.
- Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
🔹 Drive Business Development
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and texts to generate new business.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with key stakeholders to present solutions.
- Close deals, negotiate terms, and expand client contracts.
🔹 Collaborate for Success
- Work closely with the recruiting team to source and deliver top engineering talent.
- Partner with sales leadership to define hiring strategies and exceed production goals.
- Provide market insights to inform recruitment strategy and identify new opportunities.
🔹 Own the Sales Cycle
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Ensure seamless communication and successful placements with both clients and candidates.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 year of client facing experience as an account manager in Hardware/Software contract staffing.
- Proven track record of business development and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
