About the Role:

You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a perfect match for both. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and actively reach out to top-tier hardware and software engineering talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience for candidates.
- Account Manager: Partner closely with account managers to understand client staffing needs. Work with account managers to develop clear job descriptions and create tailored recruitment strategies to meet specific requirements.
- Candidate Placement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement. Ensure timely and successful hiring of candidates.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both candidates and account managers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve Targets: Drive results by meeting and exceeding placement targets and other recruitment metrics.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but your drive and determination to connect the right talent with the right opportunities matter most.
- Strong curiosity about the technical field and an eagerness to learn and grow in recruiting engineers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and work proactively to meet recruitment goals.
