What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead & Inspire:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to exceed hiring targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top Hardware and Software talent.
🔹 Build Strong Partnerships:
- Act as a strategic advisor to recruiting team and account managers, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business objectives.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and increase placement success rates.
🔹 Drive Results Through Talent Sourcing:
- Oversee and participate in high-volume sourcing and cold calling to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Take ownership of key requisitions and work alongside your team to deliver exceptional results.
🔹 Optimize Performance & Processes:
- Analyze and track key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement best practices to streamline recruitment operations and increase placement success.
🔹 Own the Full Recruitment Cycle:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and closing.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
🔹 Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, talent markets, and competitor activity to refine hiring strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency experience required).
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with a focus on high-volume sourcing and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of technical roles within hardware and software engineering.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve key recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant recruitment certifications are a plus.
