About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in technical staffing and agency recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a staffing agency environment and be skilled in high-volume sourcing, cold calling, and metrics-driven recruitment.
In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, develop and implement effective hiring strategies, and collaborate closely with account managers to ensure successful placements. Your expertise in recruitment best practices, process optimization, and relationship management will be key in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, developing strategies to effectively source, attract, and place engineering talent.
- Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients and internal teams to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Talent Sourcing & Cold Calling: Oversee and engage in high-volume candidate outreach, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing various sourcing methods to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Manage your own requisition load along with managing a team of recruiters.
- Performance & Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. Maintain a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve recruitment operations, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Market Insights & Talent Development: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and build a proactive talent strategy.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a staffing agency environment is required.
- Strong background in cold calling, high-volume sourcing, and proactive talent engagement.
- Familiarity with technical roles in hardware and software engineering.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A solutions-oriented approach with adaptability in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant certifications in recruitment and talent acquisition are a plus.
